Earlier this month, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints held its general conference.
Most of the conference was predictable and not especially newsworthy, but one element was surprising — the presence of a few attendees who actually stood up to express their opposition.
One of those people is a Mesa resident, who said church leaders need to make room for Mormons who have serious questions and doubts and not only tell them to read more scripture.
We talked about whether that opposition is significant with Kristen Moulton, reporter for The Salt Lake Tribune.
