Arizona-based Lipsmark LLC won federal approval March 10 to begin selling Palcohol, described on its website as an 80-calorie pouch of powder.

By vetoing a bill that would have banned Palcohol earlier this week, Governor Ducey has cleared the way for the new alcoholic product to show up in Arizona stores.

While it will be regulated just like liquor in a liquid form, the new powder is unlike anything on the market today.

Sgt. Wes Kuhl is a Police Officer with the Arizona Department of Liquor’s investigations unit. He discuessed how this new product will be packaged and how that will affect enforcement of its sale?
