Phoenix Police Officers To Receive 'Cultural Competency' Training

Matt Whitaker is Founding Director of the Center for the Study of Race and Democracy at ASU, and a Foundation Professor of History. He expects it’ll take up to 18 months to train all Phoenix police officers.
