For a long time, Phoenix has been considered an epicenter of the car culture — some neighborhoods don’t even have sidewalks.
But, that’s starting to change, and urban planner Jeff Speck says that’s a good thing. He’s in town to speak about the benefits of making Phoenix a walkable city.
