Washington and Colorado were the first two states in the U.S. to approve the legal use of recreational marijuana. But the idea has gained some momentum in a lot of other states.
In Arizona, a ballot measure has been introduced to allow residents who are at least 21 years old to possess and even grow limited amounts of marijuana.
