City Of Phoenix Says Budget Is Balanced, But Some Aren't Sure

Next Tuesday, the Phoenix City Council will vote on a final budget for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.

Members of the city’s staff say that budget is, in fact, balanced. Critics aren’t so sure.

We asked Mario Paniagua, Phoenix budget and research director, for the details.
