Eliminating the personal income tax in Arizona is a topic that's been floated before. But the average Arizonan may not have heard non-economists talk about until last fall, when a number of Republican candidates for governor sounded as if they were believers in the concept.
A new report authored by economist Stephen Slivinski of the Center for the Study of Economic Liberty at ASU says the idea is viable.
