The past decade or so has seen the Valley becoming more of a haven for unique — dare we say hip — locally owned restaurants.
And according to numbers put together by the Arizona Republic, zip codes that include those eateries have seen the average home price climb faster than other parts of the Valley.
We asked Mark Stapp about that. Stapp is executive director of the Masters of Real Estate program at ASU.
