Presumably, every one of us eats some kind of processed food in the course of a day or at least in the course of a week. Tucson writer Megan Kimble decided that she would go one full year without doing that.
We talked with Kimble about her new book, “ Unprocessed.”
We were also joined by Dana Sturtevant, co-founder of Be Nourished, a company that facilitates groups to help women let go of their food and weight obsessions.
Sturtevant said many people have to go through a process of recognizing what works for their own bodies.
