After Same-Sex Marriage Ruling, Discrimination Still Prominent For LGBT Community

Last week’s Supreme Court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage in the U.S. caused some to despair and many others to celebrate. But LGBT activists say same-sex marriage doesn’t even come close to erasing other discrimination that exists — including employment and housing.

We talked with Madelaine Adelman, associate professor in justice and social inquiry at ASU and a member of the local board of the Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network.
