A 20-story office building on the corner of Central and Washington recently sold for more than $93 million.
The new owners say they’ll invest more than $1.5 million to renovate One North Central.
Chris Mackay is Phoenix’s Community and Economic Development Director and said the sale is a good sign for downtown Phoenix and high-rises in general.
