Judge Dismisses Lawsuit From Diane Douglas Over Arizona Board Of Education Staffers

A judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by state schools chief Diane Douglas.

The suit had sought to clarify that she controls staffers for the Arizona Board of Education.
