Yesterday, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors unanimously voted on a tentative settlement of parts of a lawsuit that the U.S. Department of Justice brought against Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
The possible settlement doesn't cover the largest allegation, that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office racially profiled Latinos in its regular traffic and immigration patrols.
