I-10 Bridge Collapse Raises Infrastructure Questions, Impacts Truckers

Transportation officials said the bridge on I-10 in California that collapsed on Sunday will reopen Friday — although only one lane in each direction.

The closure came after flooding and cut off the main route between Phoenix and Los Angeles.
