Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission Faces 2 Lawsuits

The Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission is scheduled to meet Tuesday afternoon.

On the agenda is a briefing on two lawsuits currently pending against the panel — this after the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the commission’s authority to draw congressional boundaries earlier this summer.

For more on the two cases, we were joined by Jeremy Duda with the Arizona Capitol Times.
