Cameras That Allow Arizona Homebuyers To See Construction Progress Raise Privacy Questions

Construction cameras broadcasting 24/7 are starting to be used by real-estate brokers as a way of giving anyone — especially buyers — real-time coverage of their future home being built.

Phoenix-based Cambridge Properties is on board with its in-progress home community, Two Biltmore Estates.

We talked to Keith Mishkin, broker for Cambridge, about the trend.

From a sales standpoint, 24/7 cameras sound like a winner. But there is some concern about other issues related to the real-time coverage.

Denise Blommel, an Arizona attorney who specializes in employment and labor law, talked about some of the concerns.
