Superintendent Ken Scribner To Leave Phoenix's Largest High School District

Phoenix Union High School District is the largest high school district in Arizona, with more than 27,000 students.

Kent Scribner has led the district as its superintendent since 2008, but Tuesday night Scribner was picked to take over as superintendent of the Fort Worth Independent School District in Texas. That district has more than 86,000 students.

We talked with Timothy Ogle, executive director of the Arizona School Boards Association, about the impact of Scribner’s pending move.
