Arizona is losing grocery stores. The Bellingham, Washington-based Haggen is closing five of its 10 stores in the state, one of which is in the Valley.
This comes just a few months after the company came into the market after it acquired some of the stores the Federal Trade Commission ordered Albertson’s and Safeway to sell after their merger.
