Arizona State University Leading Its First NASA Mission

Arizona State University will be leading its first NASA mission. The school will build and operate a small spacecraft, which will map water-ice on the moon’s south pole.

We spoke with Craig Hardgrove who is a post-doctoral research scientist in ASU’s School of Earth and Space Exploration and the principal investigator of the Luna-Map Mission.

Mark Brodie is a co-host of The Show, KJZZ’s locally produced news magazine. Since starting at KJZZ in 2002, Brodie has been a host, reporter and producer, including several years covering the Arizona Legislature, based at the Capitol.
