It’s been a busy week in the area of school funding in Arizona.
On Tuesday, talks on the effort to get schools more than $1 billion they say the state owes them broke down. Not long after that announcement, Arizona House Speaker David Gowan and Senate President Andy Biggs announced a plan they say would get up to $5 billion more dollars into classrooms over the next decade.
