Phoenix Firm To Study Hydroelectric Facilities In East Africa

In September, a Phoenix surveying and civil engineering firm will be doing feasibility studies on two proposed hydroelectric facilities on the Upper Lukosi River in the east African country of Tanzania.

They could be up and running within three years. Karl Obergh, president and CEO of Ritoch-Powell and Associates, the company doing the work, explained more about the project
