Police Chiefs from all over the country are converging in Phoenix but it’s not a raid. The University of Phoenix is hosting a Bridge Summit where chiefs of police from Seattle, Oakland, Denver, Cleveland, Atlanta, Miami and Phoenix to discuss best practices for connecting their departments with the communities they serve.
