More and more towns across the state are either banning or considering bans on the use of hand-held devices while driving.
Yuma will vote on a proposed ordinance next month. If approved, that ban would prohibit the use of cellphones, tablets and video games.
Kingman is also considering a similar ban. A draft ordinance could go before its’ city council next month.
