One conversation included the deputy U.S. Transportation Secretary yesterday in Phoenix. In Arizona, one big issue is how our transportation system impacts the state’s ability to trade with Mexico. John Halikowski, director of the Arizona Department of Transportation, was at yesterday’s forum and explained the issue.
