It seems that not long ago, there was disagreement over whether the state really did need to put a lot more money into education. But now the conversation has shifted to just how much more should be spent. Former Arizona state schools superintendent Lisa Graham Keegan and former state lawmaker Rich Crandall, who was also head of the Wyoming Department of Education, spoke about the issue.
