Bridge work will cause U.S. 60 to close in both directions Tuesday night between R.H. Johnson Boulevard and the Loop 303 in Surprise, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The closure begins at 9 p.m. and ends at 5 a.m. on Wednesday, ADOT said. Traffic will detour along the Loop 303 and Bell Road. Drivers should use caution and expect delays.
The same stretch of U.S. 60 will again close for bridge work from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday, ADOT said.
Ramps and the interchange connecting U.S. 60 and the Loop 303 are scheduled to be completed by summer 2016.
