Drivers in the far West Valley should expect some delays over the next several nights because of construction on the Loop 303.
The Arizona Department of transportation will be working on the Loop 303 bridge where it crosses over Grand Avenue. Tuesday thru Thursday, Grand Avenue will be closed from 9 .m. to 5 a.m. the next morning. On Friday, the intersection will be closed from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday morning.
Traffic will detour along Loop 303 and Bell Road while the Grand Avenue closures are in place.
The $46 million project will improve the interchange and ramps connecting Grand Avenue and Loop 303. The entire project should be wrapped by summer 2016.
