Arizona received a "D" in the latest reportfrom the Center for Public Integrity.
The study looked at areas including oversight of the legislature, governor’s office and elections, lobbying and civil service protections. But, that score was still good enough to put Arizona in the top half of states nationwide. Evan Wyloge, senior reporter at the Arizona Center for Investigative Reporting, talked about the report.
