House hunters often ask about the schools in the neighborhoods in which they’re looking to buy.
A new reportfrom the housing data firm Realty Trac looks at school quality and home affordability in zip codes across the country. It found Phoenix buyers could find affordable homes in 22 zip codes with good schools, which were defined in this report as those with test scores one-third higher than the state average.
