The Doug Ducey administration has introduced a new process in vetting judges.
Ducey and members of his staff are spending more time talking with judicial finalists — including those who are possible successors to retired state Supreme Court Justice Rebecca White Berch. General Counsel Mike Liburdi and Tim Nelson, who was general counsel in the Napolitano administration spoke about the topic.
