Arizona Board Of Regents Projects ASU To Have 125K Students By 2025

The Arizona Board of Regents and university presidents continue to be ambitious.

The panel has announced a refined list of performance metrics and an expanded enrollment number. By 2025, for example, the Board has Arizona State University with 125,000 students—up by nearly 35,000 from 2015. Board of Regents president Eileen Klein spoke about the announcements.

But as higher education is undergoing deep changes, Arizona is far from alone in looking to add students and graduates. Eric Kelderman, a staff reporter for The Chronicle of Higher Education spoke about the changes.
