One chef who has received a lot of praise from patrons and critics alike is Kevin Binkley, whose original Binkley’s is located in Cave Creek. Filmmaker Andrew Gooi learned about Binkley’s inspirations and passion and put them in his new documentary, which is called Binkley’s. We talked with Gooi.
