The Arizona Registrar of Contractors has removed the license of a Valley construction company. Spokesman Jim Knupp said there have been 18 complaints against Murray and Sons since the beginning of the year
“The agency’s legal department recently issued default orders in seven of those 18 case, resulting in seven revocation orders against Murray and Sons Construction, as well as two civil penalties totalling $1,000," Knupp said.
Knupp says the allegations against the company ranged from poor work to abandonment. The company’s license was suspended in late August for failing to maintain a sufficient bond with the state.
