The ping pong balls have spoken and Arizona's presidential primary ballot is complete.

State officials pulled ping pong balls representing each presidential hopeful from a lottery machine to determine the order of their names on the March ballot.

Rick Santorum will be first on the Republican ballot. Ben Carson will be at the bottom of the 14 GOP contenders.

Meanwhile, little-know California businessman Rocky De La Fuente got the top position for Democrats.

Secretary of State Michele Reagan reminded voters that Arizona does not allow independents to participate in the presidential primary. But Reagan said they can, if they reregister.

The Arizona primary is March 22.
