Congress has approved and President Barack Obama signed a transportation bill which extends the federal designation for the proposed Interstate 11.
The highway will run from the Arizona Mexico border north through Las Vegas and to Reno. Scott Higginson is the Executive Director of the Interstate 11 Coalition.
