Following months of speculation, the “Do Not Disturb” sign has been taken off the Sheraton Grand Hotel in downtown Phoenix and it’s officially up for sale.
The hotel was built in the depths of the Great Recession in 2008. Jeremy Legg. special projects manager for the City of Phoenix spoke about the issue.
