Patches of fog continues to cover parts of Northern Arizona from Flagstaff to the Utah Border.
Heavier patches can be seen at the Grand Canyon. The low visibility has prompted the park to issue a “No refunds” statement to park visitors, Wednesday.
Tim Cermak with the National Weather Service says they’re warning drivers of the hazards fog can pose.
“We’re encouraging people to slow down, obviously when they enter the fog. Because, it limits visibility in some places down below a quarter mile,” he said.
Cermak said most of the dense fog dispersed throughout the day, Wednesday. But, he says the weather service does expect the fog to reappear again overnight and into Thursday.
