Ducey Makes First Appointment To Arizona Supreme Court

Governor Doug Ducey announced a new appointment to the Arizona Supreme Court. Phoenix Attorney Clint Bolick will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Rebecca White Berch earlier this year.

Since 2007, Bolick served as vice president for litigation at the Goldwater Institute.

According to a statement issued by the governor’s office, this is Governor Ducey’s first appointment to the state high court.
