True crime programs focused on overturning wrongful convictions or reopening cases that had questionable outcomes have been more common lately.
That includes “The Jinx” on HBO and “Making a Murderer” on Netflix. Are there more cases like this or simply an increased effort to find justice? What goes into determining which situations are worth that effort?
