Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas presented her annual State of Education address to the Arizona House Education Committee on Wednesday.
Douglas’ speech is receiving a lot less attention than Governor Doug Ducey’s State of the State address, which itself spent considerable time on education. Jim Small of the Arizona Capitol Times put the Douglas speech in context.
