More than 900 advocates for science, technology, engineering and math, often called STEM, are gathering from around the country in downtown Phoenix Friday and Saturday for the 21st Century STEM: Integrate2Innovate Conference.
A mixture of teachers, corporate heads, legislators and others will be discussing best practices in the classroom and effective methods outside the classroom to move STEM fields forward in education.
