During the last legislative session, $99 million were sliced from state university funding.

Governor Doug Ducey’s budget proposal earlier this month turns university funding back in a positive direction, but not by much. Eileen Klein, president of the Arizona Board of Regents spoke about the importance of research and development at universities.
