More than a decade ago, community leaders across Arizona determined that bioscience and related industries offered a great opportunity for economic competitiveness with the potential to make a big impact in health care.
Now Arizona’s Bioscience Roadmap Steering Committee has announced new leadership in the continuing effort to advance bioscience in the state. Ron Shoopman, who leads the Southern Arizona Leadership Council, is the steering committee’s new chair.
