1968, 1980, 1992, 2004 and 2016 - What do all these years have in common? Hint - it’s not all of the time the Rolling Stones have announced a farewell tour.

Actually, they are years of the monkey, in Chinese culture. Monday was the start of the Chinese New Year. Eva Li, is the president of Phoenix Chinese Week, which takes place this weekend at Margaret T. Hance Park.
