Surgeries are scheduled to resume Monday at the Phoenix VA hospital, according to officials at the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care System.
Surgeries have been postponed since last Wednesday because of technical difficulties with the operation room ventilation system.
That affected 57 veterans, who were either rescheduled for surgery at the Phoenix VA or other facilities.
VA officials say they conducted a review of the mechanical and cleaning systems in the operating room and the systems meet all established standards for safe patient care.
