Whether it's out-of-state groups or suspected involvement by Arizona's largest utility, concern has been building among many about so-called dark money and its influence on elections.
One effort to require more disclosure of campaign donations is known as the Open and Honest Disclosure initiative. It'll need more than 225,000 signatures from registered voters by July 7 to make it to November's ballot. Former Attorney General Terry Goddard, who is leading the initiative effort, spoke about the issue.
