Phoenix recently rolled out a new program aimed at helping homeowners’ associations get a handle on how much water they’re using in common areas and to help them use less.
The HOA Water Efficiency program started as a pilot project last summer in response to demand from HOA’s. Tina Sleeper is a water conservation specialist with the City of Phoenix.
