On Wednesday, Governor Doug Ducey signed a bill into law that would ban so-called ballot harvesting.
The legislation is intended to prevent individuals or civic and political groups from collecting ballots and turning them in for other people. Supporters say it’ll help prevent fraud, but opponents think it’s unfair — especially to rural voters.
