It was about a year ago when The Arizona Republic dramatically changed its food and dining section.
Longtime critic Howard Seftel retired, and food blogger Dominic Armato took over. Unlike Seftel, Armato wasn’t going to be anonymous and would be an active presence on social media.
Armato spoke about how the first year on the job has gone and what sort of feedback he’s been getting.
