Appointed Corporation Commissioner Andy Tobin joined the panel to finish the final year of Susan Bitter Smith’s term.
Bitter Smith resigned following a series of conflict of interest allegations. Tobin has also faced potential conflict of interest issues and said he wouldn’t run for a full commission term. That, however, has changed.
Former legislative leader and political analyst, Chris Herstam, spoke about Tobin’s change of mind.
